As a user of Plek you can sign up for certain events. All the public events and the specific group events can be found on the agenda at the homepage (in the right column). You can also find all your group events on the agenda of the concerning group (in the right column of the group page).
If the group administrator decides you can add your availability to the event, then you can sign up at the page of the event.
Signing up for an event
If you want to sign up for an event, take the following steps:
- If you see the concerning event on your homepage, click on the event.
If the concerning event is not visible on the home page, then click on More under agenda or click on Agenda in the navigation balk. You arrive at the overview of all the events. Go to the concerning event and click on the event.
Now you arrive at the page of the concerning event.
- Click on Attend (at the right top).
- Then, click on Available.
You are now signed up for the event. If later you want to change your availability, then go to Attend and click on Maybe Available or Not Available.

It is possible to add a Plek event to your own digital agenda (e.g. Outlook agenda) with one press at a button. After creating the event, you can add an event banner (by clicking on the three dots in the right top). The ideal banner format is 900 x 350 pixels.
