Information pages can be compared to the static pages of a traditional intranet. This is where you place important information, which is easy to find and does not change often.
Information pages can always be found in the same way. When hovering over the i-icon in the top menu bar you can see general information pages that all regular users can see, and information pages of groups of which you are a member. In this way, we make sure that everyone can easily find his way at Plek.
Viewing information pages
To view an information page at Plek, take the following steps:
- Click on
at the top menu bar to go to the overview of the information pages.
Now you see an overview of all the relevant information pages for you. At the bottom, you find your information pages, sorted per group. Information pages linked to groups can be recognized by this icon:
- Click on a block to open an information page you want to view:
Information pages can include sub pages. In the video example, ‘Staff’ has the subpages ‘Projects’ and ‘Manuals’.
- To view a sub page, click on a sub page at the bottom of the information page:
