At the homepage of Plek and at the group pages, you can find the agenda in the right column. For certain events, it is possible to sign up. If the group administrator decides you can add your availability to the event, then you can sign up on the page of the event.
Many people find it useful to see their event, next to Plek, in their own digital agenda (e.g. Outlook agenda).
Adding an event to my own agenda
If you want to put an event in your own digital agenda, take the following steps:
- If you see the concerning event on your homepage, click on the event.
If the concerning event is not visible on the home page, then click on More under agenda or click on Agenda in the navigation balk. You arrive at the overview of all the events. Go to the concerning event and click on the event.
Now you arrive at the page of the concerning event.
- Click on the three dots (top right).
- Then, click on Add to Own Agenda.
The event is downloaded as a calendar file (or an ICS file), with the event title as the file name. The file is usually placed in the folder ‘Downloads’ on the computer.
- Open the calendar file in your own digital agenda, and if needed add more information. Save the event in your own agenda.
Now, you can delete the downloaded file of your computer, since the event is saved in your digital agenda.
TIPS!
If you want the events to be automatically added to your own digital agenda, you can use the agenda-subscription.
As a user of Plek, you can also create your own event.
