At Plek it is possible to post links to important systems and tools. This is what we call applications. Link for example tools for accounting or timesheets. You can also create links to the social media of your organization.
The application can be found under the app-icon at Plek. Here you find the general apps which are visible for all users, but also the specific apps of the groups you are a member of.
How to open apps
If you want to open an app, take the following steps:
- Click on the app icon
on the left side of the menu bar to go to the overview of the apps.
Now you see an overview of all the apps that are relevant for you.
- Click on an application.
The application will be opened.
