The booking tool allows you to reserve office space, beamer or other equipment easily. The booking tool has to be linked to a group on Plek but can be used separately per group. You can switch between different locations or buildings in the overview to see all available booking possibilities.
Where do I find this tool?
You can find the booking tool via the calendar on your own Plek environment. Navigate via the toolbar at the top of your screen to calendar and click on it. You will be directed to the calendar overview—select Bookings in the menu on the left side of the page.
Side note: only admins can set up this module, but users can (of course) create a booking.
