Logging in to the mobile app

Plek has a mobile application. After downloading it from the app store on your device, you need to log in to use the app. Logging into the mobile app is done using your email address. After entering your email address, Plek will ask for the corresponding password. If you do not log in with your email address and password but with your work account, scroll down.

 

Logging into the app with your email address and password

If you want to log into the Plek app with your email address and password, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the home screen of your phone, find the Plek app, and tap the Plek icon to open the app.

2. Fill in the emailaddress that you use to log in to Plek, then tap Next;

3. Fill in your password and click Log in;

If all information was correct, the Plek app is now opened and ready for use on your phone!

Logging into the mobile app via Single Sign On

Does your organization use Single Sign On? Plek links your organization's email extension to your organization's Single Sign On. After entering your email address, you will be redirected to your organization's login page.

Example: the email extension is linked to your Plek platform domain. If you log in with, for example, gio@plek.co, Plek recognizes your email extension and automatically redirects you to the Single Sign On login screen of your organization. You will log in using your organization's login credentials.

 

Note! If you're logging in for the first time and your organization uses Single Sign On, always log in first on the web version of Plek. Plek will then remember that your login credentials are linked to the Single Sign On for your organization.
