Can I share my Smart Conversation Results with other teams, departments or employees?

Results: Sharing and Managing Reports

It is possible to share the results of a Smart Conversation with everyone, one or several users, or one of your teams. You can choose to share only the personas, the success factors, the responses, or a combination of these three.

Under "Share Reports", you can see which users have access to the shared reports.

1. "Access" indicates which team or departmental reports are shared with the users.
2. Here you can find which reports are shared with the selected groups (personas , success factors , and/or open responses ).
3. "Round" indicates up to which round the results are shared.
   

How do I share the results of my Smart Conversation?

1. Click on "Share Reports" (4).

2. Select up to which round you want to share the report (5). Unfortunately, it is not possible to select only a single later round (for example, only round 2). When sharing later rounds, you share all rounds up to and including the selected round. For example, when sharing round 3, you share all results from rounds 1, 2, and 3.

   

3. Choose which reports you want to share (6).

4. Choose with whom you want to share the reports: one or several specific users, or the entire organization (7).

5. Select for which team you want to share reports (8), or choose to share reports for the entire organization.

Additional Tips:

• Do you want to change the permissions for a report? Click on the three dots (...).
• Do you want to share a report with an entire team? Choose "Select Users" and filter by your desired team or department. Then check "Select All" to add all users from your chosen filter.
