What are personas and how do I interpret these results?
Once at least 40 employees have completed the Smart Conversation, the results are grouped into personas. These personas represent different types of employees within the organization, each with characteristic success factors they consider important for the topic being measured.
- Personas: A representation of a clustered group of employee types related to the topic of the Smart Conversation.
- Success Factors: The indicators Plek uses to measure the subject. In the case of employee satisfaction, the success factors represent the indicators that a persona finds important to promote employee satisfaction.
How do I interpret the personas?
Select on the left side for which round and which target group you want to view the personas. For each persona, you can see the distribution within the team and which success factors these personas find important. Expand the persona for a full description.
The success factors are indicated with colors to show how they are perceived during the round:
- Red: This success factor needs improvement according to the persona.
- Yellow: This success factor could be improved according to the persona.
- Green: This success factor is perceived as good and receives sufficient attention.
Example:
The persona Anteros finds "Function differentiation: for which trained" the most important success factor for employee satisfaction. This score is marked in green. Anteros believes that the organization pays a lot of attention to this factor and it is perceived as good.
Anteros also finds "Being heard" an important success factor for employee satisfaction. This score is marked in red. Anteros believes that the organization should pay more attention to this factor.
Where do I find the distribution of personas across the entire organization?
At the bottom of the Personas page, there is an overview of the distribution of personas within the organization and the different teams. To view this, select Organization as your target group.
