What are Smart Conversations?

Smart Conversations is a tool designed to enhance employee engagement and enable effective management within organizations. Through personalized individual conversations powered by advanced technology, this module offers deep insights into the needs and expectations of employees. With these insights, organizations can analyze employee satisfaction, identify success factors and bottlenecks, make periodic comparisons, and share reports within the organization.

Managers and, if desired, employees receive a clear and targeted overview of what specifically needs to be addressed or improved for their team. Based on data analysis, the points that have the most impact on improving their department/team and the collective progress of the entire organization are identified.

 

Easily Accessible and Personalized for Your Employees and Organization

Users receive a notification for a Smart Conversation via the Activation Manager. Depending on the organization’s settings, these can be found:

- Via the  Activation Manager tab on the right-hand side,
- Through the Activation Manager overview,
- Via an email notification.

Employees can complete these conversations via the web version or the Plek mobile app. The Smart Conversation can be paused and resumed at any time by the employee. In multiple rounds, the Smart Conversation refers to the employee's previous answers, making the conversation personalized and allowing for long-term changes to be measured.

The Smart Conversation begins with personalized questions on one of our themes, such as employee satisfaction. Along with our consultants, the conversations can be tailored to ensure they are relevant to your organization.

 

Valid and Reliable Measurements Based on a Developed Model for Your Organization

Plek uses a model with clearly defined measurable indicators of engagement, making the tool reliable and valid. Additionally, data from all employees is included to create a comprehensive and representative picture.

To obtain representative results, honest and unbiased feedback is crucial. Therefore, all answers are treated completely anonymously and confidentially, ensuring they can never be traced back to individual employees. Smart Conversations guarantees the anonymity of all respondents and does not display results with fewer than 5 respondents.

 

Measuring Employee Satisfaction at Multiple Points in Time

Since employee satisfaction is dynamic, it is measured periodically. The conversations are personalized and take into account previous answers. The frequency can be determined by the organization, with our consultants providing support in establishing the appropriate frequency.
