Applications within Plek are links to external systems. For example, these can be references to a website or tool that is relevant to all users such as a timetable or leave system.
Within groups, references can be to a website or tool that is only relevant to the group members, such as the accounting system for the finance department.
An overview of the application screen
When you navigate to the application screen you will see the following overview.
1. The application icon is found at the top left of the menu bar of your Place environment.
2. Via add an app, you can add a new application. General applications can only be added by administrators. Applications linked to groups can be added by group administrators.
3. An overview of all applications, both organization-wide and those of the groups you are a member of.
4. An overview of the most viewed applications of your organization.
