How do I create a program?
To create a new program, follow the steps below:
Go to the Program Overview
Navigate through the menu under your own name (top right) to the Program Manager. Click on the + New Program button.
- Don't want to create a new program but copy an existing one? You can also copy a program.
Fill in the Program Details
The following steps correspond to the numbers on the screenshot of the "New Program" screen below:
- Title: Choose a clear and descriptive title for your program.
- Availability: Indicate whether the program should be available via the desktop web version and/or the mobile app. Also, select if you want to display the program in full screen.
- Visibility for Users or Groups: Select which user roles or groups the program should be visible to. A complete overview can be found here.
- Anonymous Results: Select if you want the results for your program to be anonymous.
- Use of Filters: Use filters (via taxonomy) to select, for example, a specific (physical) department.
- Start and End Date: Choose a start and end date for the program so you don't have to activate or deactivate it manually. Some examples can be found here.
- Notifications: Select what type of notification(s) the user will receive for the new program.
Creating the Program
After completing all the above steps, click on Create to create the program. Your program is now created. The next step is to create program steps.
