How to measure Contribute?

Contribute is the fifth and final step of the Plek Engagement Score and reflects the contribution of users in the form of posts or information.

steps

Contribute

Contribute is the number of users who post content on the platform. In a platform where co-creation is important, you don't want to rely solely on a top-down flow of information and news from admins (the organization) to employees. You also want users to post content or share information (knowledge) on their own initiative.

To begin, you should look at the platform's permissions. For example, is it possible for users to create posts in channels or create their own groups where they can share interests and expertise? If this is possible for users, encourage it by leading by example or pointing out the available options.
Achieving a good score in Contribute is not easy and usually requires a cultural shift and a steady growth path. If your Contribute score is above 50, you have reached the highest adoption level according to Plek's standards.
