As a user of Plek you can create a form in a message, but as an admin you can also add a form to an information page. This is useful if it's not a one-off project, for example if you want to receive certain information from every new employee. You can decide how many questions you want to ask, and set a type of answer per question.
Add a form to an information page
1. Create a new page or edit an existing page. When creating a new page, do not forget to add a title.
2. Click on Add form at the bottom.
A screen will now appear in which you can create your form.
3. When you have finished creating your form, click on Add.
Your form is now included in the information page.
4. When you are satisfied with your page, click on Publish (or save if it is an existing page).
You will now immediately see your newly created page, including a form.
To see the answers users have given to a form, click 'See answers' at the bottom of the form. You will then see an overview of all the users who have filled in the form.
Click 'Export list' to download a CSV file with all the answers from all users (sorted per user).
To view the answers given by a specific user on a form, you can also click a user in the overview to view the answers given by that user.
