Analyzing the popularity of your content provides valuable insights into what is effective and what isn't. This information allows you to refine your content strategy for your organization. In the content overview within the statistics (beta) section, you can access a list of your highest-performing pages, channel posts, and documents.
How to access the content statistics?
- Hover over your profile picture at the top right
- Click on Statistics
- Click on the notification at the top of the statistics
- Click on content in the navigation column.
Content statistics:
In the content statistics, you will find everything you need to know about your content. Here you will find:

A visual representation of your content creation trends over your selected time frame.

A list of your most viewed pages. You can click the column title to sort them alphabetically or by score, and use the filter button to search for specific page titles.

A list of your most viewed posts. You can sort them by views, likes, or comments by clicking the respective column title. Clicking on a post title will provide further insights, such as the audience that read the post, views by device, and total views within your chosen time frame.

A list of your most viewed documents.

Statistics per channel. Click on the channel name to view the statistics for channel posts.
Does your organization use a super channel? You will find an overview of all views for each platforms. The number of likes and comments will be consistent for each platform, and you will always see interactions from other platforms.
