Measures how many accounts can potentially be reached with your information. Are all users accounts activated?
It is very important that people activate their Plek user account. A not activated account cannot log into the platform and thus not consume information.
Good to know..
To activate an account, an account must be created first. A user account can be created in 2 different ways.
- The creation of a user account is automated through a Single Sign On connection between your active directory and the Plek platform. A Plek account will be automatically created the first time a user tries to enter the platform. The user will not receive an email to activate their account.
- The creation of a user account is done manually, a user will receive an activation/ welcome email with a personal link. This activation email expires after 24h. When the account is not activated within 24h, the platform admin needs to resend the welcome email. How do you resend a welcome email? Please check the linked article.
Where do I find the data?
- Hoover over your name on the top right corner
- Click on admin panel
- Click on 'users'
- Check the panel as shown in the image to read the number of activated accounts
